Data Entry Administrator - Technology Innovators

Working on a range of projects across the country, they are very busy and seeking an additional administrator to join the team.

This position will see you working with excellent software and systems, 
(Not multiple, bulky programmes).
 
Working with new systems, software and programmes - everything is well automated, making this role enjoyable.

Joining the admin team you will be responsible for:

• Managing an up to date system, including all customer correspondence, details, calendar synchronization.
• Email and letter writing (a very high level of written English is necessary).
• Job share duties, which will see you sharing tasks with your colleagues throughout the day.
• Issuing of all documentation (a process driven attitude is required)
• Ensuring all queries are dealt with, within a timely manner including responses (mostly automated with your input)
• Working alongside the wider team (operations, finance, sales, leadership) to navigate any major customer queries.

**The following skills will be highly desirable:**The role is junior-intermediate level (someone with some data entry/CS experience seeking their next step in their career)

Grammatically sound: The ability to work with accuracy, and at speed.
A very high level of both written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous accuracy in data entry and document handling.

There is a written English comprehension test during the recruitment process.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and (CRM’s a bonus)
  
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
  
Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and offer practical solutions.
  
Team Player: Collaborative mindset and willingness to support colleagues when things get really busy.   Reliability is vital.
