• Enter data into spreadsheets, databases, and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems with speed and accuracy
• Maintain and update existing records while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel for data entry, analysis, and reporting purposes
• Perform data collection tasks from multiple sources, verifying information for accuracy
• Organize files and documents systematically to facilitate easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Conduct basic data analysis using Excel functions to identify discrepancies or trends
• Handle sensitive customer information with discretion, adhering to privacy policies

Requirements

• Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or related roles demonstrating strong organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and word processing tasks
• Familiarity with database systems, ERP software, and spreadsheets is essential
• Excellent typing skills with a minimum of 10 key typing speed for efficient data input
• Strong computer skills including familiarity with productivity software and technical proficiency in handling various digital tools
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while maintaining accuracy under tight deadlines
• Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing simple calculations
• Prior experience in customer service or office environments is preferred but not required

Pay: $30.87 - $33.56 per hour
