• Handle confidential information with integrity, adhering to company privacy policies and data protection standards
• Perform transcription tasks such as converting audio or handwritten notes into digital formats using office productivity software
• Conduct basic math calculations to validate data entries and support reporting activities
• Assist customer service teams by providing accurate data retrieval and responding to internal inquiries promptly

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or office administration roles with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency with databases, ERP systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), and productivity software
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated expertise in Excel data analysis, spreadsheet management, and 10-key typing for rapid data input
• Knowledge of database systems and experience handling sensitive or confidential information securely
• Basic math skills for data validation and report generation purposes
• Prior office experience involving word processing, transcription, or similar tasks is preferred
• Strong technical proficiency combined with excellent attention to detail ensures high-quality work output
