Data Entry Analytics SMS Specialist

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This role is ideal for those who are not only computer-literate but also excel in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

As an Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in organizing and managing our Excel Databases. Your day-to-day tasks will involve meticulously organizing Excel files, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our IT services. General Responsibilities & Job Duties:

• Efficiently organize and manage Excel files, ensuring all data is accurately entered and properly formatted.
• Perform regular updates and data cleaning to maintain the integrity of our databases.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and rectify discrepancies in data.
• Assist in developing and maintaining documentation for data management procedures.
• Provide support for data retrieval and analysis projects as needed.
• Engage in continuous learning to improve data management skills and understand new Microsoft Office features.

Note: This position is based in Miami, Florida, and is not a remote position.

Qualifications:

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies.

Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Compensation:

The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.

Starting pay for this role ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
