Data Entry & Invoicing Executive

Location: Gulberg, Lahore — Onsite
Working Hours: 9 hours/day, 5 days/week
Basic Salary: PKR 60,000/month
Commission: PKR 5,000–50,000/month based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry & Invoicing Executive to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, works accurately, and is looking for an opportunity to grow within a company that is currently in an exciting growth phase.

You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, entering and organizing data, preparing invoices, and ensuring that financial and operational information is properly documented.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and maintain company data and records
• Generate and manage invoices for clients
• Verify information before invoices and records are finalized
• Keep track of payments, balances, and billing information
• Maintain organized digital records and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and resolve them
• Follow company processes and maintain high levels of accuracy
• Assist with other administrative and operational tasks when required

• Previous experience in data entry, invoicing, accounts, or administration is a plus
