Data Entry and Chinese Translator - 数据录入员兼中文翻译

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain company records,databases, and operational documents into digital systems.

• Translation & Interpretation: Translate business documents, reports, emails,and correspondence between Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Communication Support: Assist internal teams and management in bridginglanguage barriers during communications or meetings.

• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties, organize files, andensure document confidentiality.

主要职责：

• 数据录入： 准确地将公司记录、数据库及运营文件输入、更新并维护到数字化系 统中。

• 翻译工作： 负责中文、英文与印尼文之间的商业文件、报告、电子邮件及信函的 准确翻译。

• 沟通协助： 在日常沟通或会议中协助内部团队和管理层克服语言障碍。

• 行政支持： 执行一般的文职工作，整理文件，并确保文件的机密性。

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Clerk or in a similar administrative role.

• Well-versed in Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing fluently).

• Good command in English and Bahasa Indonesia (both written and verbal).

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and basic database management.

• High level of accuracy, strong attention to detail, and excellent timemanagement skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
