Data Entry and Purchase Coordinator

Job Summary

Rainbow Hypermarket is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry & Purchase Coordinator to manage inventory data, purchase orders, supplier coordination, and stock reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter purchase orders (POs), goods received notes (GRNs), and stock transfers into the system accurately.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with suppliers for orders and deliveries.
• Prepare and consolidate purchase orders based on department requirements.
• Maintain accurate item master data, including product codes, barcodes, prices, and categories.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding stock requirements and inventory updates.
• Conduct regular stock reconciliation and investigate stock discrepancies.
• Prepare weekly and monthly inventory, stock loss, and stock valuation reports.
• Compare supplier prices and support purchasing decisions.
• Monitor fast-moving, slow-moving, and non-moving items.
• Support promotional activities and internal/external stock audits.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry, purchasing, inventory, or retail operations.
• Freshers can apply
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and computer applications.
• Experience with inventory management or ERP software is an advantage.
• Good organizational, numerical, and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with suppliers and multiple departments.
• Hypermarket or supermarket experience is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,400.00 - AED1,800.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• Data Entry Operator in supermarket: 1 year (Required)
