What they need
- Typing & Computer Proficiency: Minimum typing speed of 40+ words per minute (WPM) with high accuracy; working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and CRM/database tools. • Communication Skills: Clear verbal and written proficiency in required languages (such as English, Tamil, or regional languages depending on the hub). • Attention to Detail: Ability to listen actively on a call and simultaneously type/record data without spelling or numeric errors. • Education & Experience: Typically requires a High School Diploma (GED) or any Undergraduate/Postgraduate degree; open to freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of clerical/BPO experience.
Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
