What they need
JOB SCOPE
- Check and verify customer data.
- Perform data entry according to procedures.
- Monitor the data entry process and ensure smooth completion.
- Make outbound calls when required.
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues to the relevant teams.
- Record and update data activities and outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Higher Nitec/Diploma/Degree in any discipline preferred
- Comfortable with data entry and proficient in Microsoft office
- Meticulous and able to follow procedures
- Good communication and coordination skills
