Data Entry Assistant

What You’ll Be Doing

• Enter and maintain financial and business data accurately
• Assist with invoices, receipts, payments and accounting documents
• Support accounting & administrative activities
• Assist with basic accounting entries, reconciliations and reporting
• Check and organise financial records and supporting documents
• Assist the team with reporting and administrative tasks
• Learn and support other accounting and business functions as you gain experience

Who We’re Looking For

• Fresh graduates are welcome!
• LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business or related qualifications accepted
• Good with numbers and comfortable working with data
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel
• Careful, organised and detail-oriented
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
