Data Entry Assistant

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Officer to join our Procurement Department at our manufacturing facility in Riyadh.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement , preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience in data entry, purchase orders, and supplier documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update procurement data in the company's ERP system.
• Prepare, record, and follow up on purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate records of suppliers, materials, prices, and purchasing transactions.
• Update and monitor procurement records related to raw materials, packaging materials, and other factory supplies.
• Verify the accuracy of purchasing documents, invoices, and data entries.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and Production departments to ensure accurate information and smooth workflow.
• Maintain and organize procurement documents and electronic records.
