Data Entry Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to support our travel operations team.

Key responsibilities

• Upload and update hotel, tour, transport, and activity rates into various booking portals and internal systems
• Monitor booking portals to ensure rates and information are accurate and up to date
• Conduct rate comparison checks across different suppliers and booking platforms
• Maintain and organize travel product data, contracts, and pricing records
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on rate updates and amendments
• Check for discrepancies and ensure accuracy of uploaded information
• Assist with general administrative and operational support duties

About you

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working with numbers and rate comparisons
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Organized and responsible with good time management skills
• Basic knowledge of travel industry or booking systems is an advantage
• Prior data entry or administrative experience preferred
