Data Entry Assistant

📍 Data Entry Clerk | Full-Time

Fullerton, CA (Fully Onsite)

We're currently hiring a Data Entry Clerk to join a fast-paced warehouse and logistics team in Fullerton, CA .

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities:

✅ Check in drivers and process paperwork

✅ Enter BOL and shipment information into the system

✅ Verify shipment destinations and data accuracy

✅ Print labels and warehouse documents

✅ Communicate with ports and send required documentation

✅ Answer emails and provide administrative support

✅ Assist with warehouse-related clerical tasks

Requirements:

✔ Data Entry and administrative experience preferred

✔ Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

✔ Strong attention to detail and organization skills

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

✔ Excellent communication skills

Recent graduates with strong Data Entry, Microsoft Excel, and computer skills are encouraged to apply. Training will be provided to motivated candidates eager to build a career in logistics and operations.
