Data Entry Assistant (Remote)

We are looking for detail-oriented, organised, and computer-savvy individuals to help download, organise, and upload digital materials to the portal.

This is a straightforward, task-oriented role that involves repetitive computer-based work. The ideal candidates should be comfortable following instructions, handling repetitive tasks, maintaining accuracy, and meeting daily targets with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Download digital documents and upload downloaded files to the portal.
• Organise and categorise files according to provided instructions.
• Verify that uploaded files are accessible and correctly assigned.
• Maintain accurate records of completed tasks.
• Identify and report missing files, duplicates, and upload errors.
• Meet agreed daily targets and project deadlines.

What We're Looking For

• Basic computer literacy and confidence using websites.
• Comfortable downloading, uploading, and organising digital files.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Comfortable performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable internet access and access to a laptop or desktop computer.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines without supervision.
• Proactive to provide regular progress updates.

Minimum qualification is SSCE or equivalent. No prior work experience is required.

Job Details

• Contract: possible extension depending on business needs.
• Location: Fully remote.
• Work Schedule: Part-time, with agreed working hours and daily targets

Pay: ₦70,000.00 - ₦150,000.00 per month
