Data Entry Associate

What Will You Do?

• Accurately copy, transfer, and organize educational content from one format to another.
• Work with Articulate Rise to create and format e-learning content. (Training provided)
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure proper formatting and content presentation.
• Use Google Sheets, Google Docs, Dropbox, Vimeo & Skype to manage files and coordinate with the team.
• Perform quality checks to ensure content is transferred accurately and without errors or omissions.
• Coordinate with the team regarding tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
• Maintain consistency and accuracy while handling repetitive content-related tasks.

What We’re Looking For

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Basic computer knowledge
Good organizational and time-management skills
Ability to stay focused while performing repetitive tasks
Comfortable working with Google Sheets & Google Docs
Willingness to learn new tools and processes

FRESHERS ARE WELCOME!

No prior experience with Articulate Rise is required — complete training will be provided.
