Duties

• Assist in data collection activities by gathering information from various sources and preparing it for entry
• Perform basic math calculations as needed during data entry tasks to ensure correctness

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Knowledge of office productivity software such as Word processing applications and spreadsheets
• Ability to handle sensitive or confidential information responsibly and discreetly
• Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy during data entry, transcription, and filing tasks
