Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately into databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Maintain data integrity by reviewing information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Utilize 10-key typing skills for efficient data entry and transcription tasks
• Organize and manage large volumes of data collection projects with precision and attention to detail
• Create pivot tables, perform Excel data analysis, and generate reports to support decision-making processes
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure compliance with privacy standards
• Assist in data migration, database system updates, and routine audits to optimize database performance

Skills

• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data entry, analysis, and creating pivot tables
• Experience working with databases and ERP systems for efficient data management
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of office productivity software including word processing, spreadsheets, and data collection tools
• Demonstrated typing speed of at least 10 keys per second with high accuracy
• Ability to analyze Excel data sets using functions like filters, formulas, and pivot tables for insights
• Basic math skills for verifying calculations and ensuring numerical accuracy during data entry
• Experience handling confidential information responsibly while maintaining data security standards
• Strong customer service orientation when interacting with team members or external stakeholders involved in data processes
