Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources into company databases with high accuracy.
• Review and verify data for completeness and correctness.
• Update and maintain records, ensuring all information is current.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
• Perform routine backups to secure data integrity.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding data issues or discrepancies.
• Adhere to confidentiality policies and protect sensitive information.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data management is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry or a related administrative role.
• Strong typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with data management software and MS Office (especially Excel).
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
