Data Entry Associate (Remote) – No Experience Required

Key Responsibilities

1. Accurate data entry and management of our client CRM system
2. Work with and organise various documents and records
3. File applications and fill out forms accurately and efficiently, with nothing left incomplete or outstanding
4. Provide support on a broad range of administrative tasks as the role requires
5. Anticipate what the advisers and wider support team will need, and have it ready before they ask

Qualifications

1. College graduate (any degree is welcome, but with preference for business graduates)
2. Business level English proficiency required, both written and verbal
3. Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills
4. Strong common sense and sound judgement, with the ability to work out what is needed without being walked through every step
5. Able to work independently in a remote setup
6. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and several tasks run at once
7. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
