Data Entry Cleck (contract 6 months)

Role: Data Entry Clerk (Contract 6 months)

Location: Kajang, Selangor

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end trade promotion and claims administration, including downloading claims and supporting documents from the B2B Portal, scanning hardcopy documents from retailers, and maintaining proper filing and records.
• Compile and prepare monthly claims summaries and coordinate with Key Account Managers (KA) and Area Sales Managers (ASM) to ensure accurate TPP number mapping.
• Verify actual claims against TPPs created in the TPM system and upload claims with complete and accurate data to close submissions.
• Monitor claims budgets, promptly escalate any discrepancies or budget overruns to the respective KA/ASM, and keep superiors informed.
• Ensure all claims are processed, and follow up on rejected claims to ensure resolution within timeline given.
• Provide general administrative and filing support as required, and perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the Company.
• Document sorting and filling
• Work closely with and report to the Assistant Manager – Customer Service and Sales Administration.

Other Requirements:

• STPM/ Diploma holder
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Fast learner and willing to work extra hours.
• Can start job immediate
• Prior experience in FMCG will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
