TAG Lending Group is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our growing Operations Team. If you're highly organized, enjoy working with technology, and have a passion for accuracy, we'd love to meet you.

As a Data Entry Clerk, you'll help maintain accurate loan and client records while supporting our Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations Team. Your attention to detail will help ensure files remain organized, complete, and moving efficiently through the mortgage process.

What You'll Do

• Enter and maintain borrower, client, and loan information with a high level of accuracy
• Update records within the CRM and Loan Origination System
• Review documents for completeness and identify missing information
• Upload, organize, and maintain electronic loan files
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Process incoming documentation from borrowers, Realtors, title companies, and lending partners
• Assist with document management and digital filing
• Prepare administrative reports and maintain internal records
• Support Loan Officers, Processors, and Operations staff with administrative tasks
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and financial information
• Perform additional administrative projects as assigned

What We're Looking For

• Previous data entry, administrative, banking, mortgage, or financial services experience preferred
• Strong typing and computer skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
• Comfortable using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and cloud-based applications
• Experience with mortgage software such as Arive LOS, Encompass, or similar platforms is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• $27.00–$36.00 per hour, based on experience
