Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our remote team. No prior experience is required, as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter, update, and maintain company records and databases.
• Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.
• Organize and manage digital files and documents.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
• Communicate with team members regarding task updates.
• Perform general administrative and data management duties as required.

Desired Candidate Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required – full training provided.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Workspace is an advantage.
• Reliable internet connection and a personal computer for remote work.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong work ethic.
