Job Responsibilities

• On our imaging website application, view the invoice image and type the information according to the guidelines shown
• Work on OCR application
• Receive and process invoices for payment and update invoice details accordingly
• Accurately enter data into corresponding fields within various software programs
• Identify and correct data entry errors using appropriate quality control methods
• Any tasks assigned or mandated by Data Entry Team Lead

Qualifications

• Familiar on OCR application
• Call Center Experience NOT required
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Fast and accurate. We track speed and accuracy of employees.
• Problem-Solving, Decision-Making, and Analytical skills.
• Efficient Multitasking ability.

Prior Experience 1-2 years
