We’re hiring a full-time Data Entry Clerk for our Charlotte office. Our team works with information from different departments and client accounts, so accuracy matters. You’ll have a clear workload, established processes to follow, and training on the systems we use.

What lands on your desk

• Enter and update information across internal systems
• Check records for missing or incorrect details
• Process spreadsheets, forms, and digital documents
• Maintain accurate customer and client records
• Correct straightforward data errors
• Organise files and completed work
• Flag anything that needs further review

You don’t need years of experience

For this Data Entry Clerk position, we’re mainly looking for:

• Good typing and general computer skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Confidence working with numbers and written information
• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets
• Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
• Reliable attendance and good timekeeping
