Data Entry Clerk

Some people genuinely like getting things in order. Spotting a number that doesn’t match, cleaning up a spreadsheet, or working through a list and knowing everything is correct by the end of it.

That’s the kind of person we’re looking for.

Oakspire Capital is a growing investment firm in Louisville, and we’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk to support the team with the records, documents and account information used across the business. Accuracy matters here, but so does being dependable and willing to help when an extra admin task comes up.

Your Day

• Enter and update information in databases and spreadsheets
• Check records against documents and source information
• Spot missing, incorrect or duplicate information
• Maintain client and account records
• Process forms and routine paperwork
• Keep digital files organized
• Update spreadsheets and internal trackers
• Scan and file documents
• Handle confidential information appropriately
• Help the wider office team with occasional admin tasks

Previous data entry, administration or office experience is useful, but it isn’t essential. We can train you on the systems we use.

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Standard Business Hours
Office-Based | Louisville, KY
