A fantastic opportunity is available for an experienced Data Entry Clerk to join a busy payroll team.

This is a long-term temporary assignment expected to run through most of 2027, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking stability, consistent hours, and the chance to be part of a supportive team environment.

About the RoleWorking within a dedicated payroll support team, you will be responsible for accurately entering information. Alongside data entry, you'll play an important role in identifying any inconsistencies or unusual information before escalating these to the payroll team for interpretation and resolution.

This role does not require payroll experience. We're looking for someone with strong data entry capability, exceptional attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in high-volume data entry
• Typing speed of approximately 55-65 words per minute with a high level of accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to identify and flag discrepancies or unusual information
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Reliable, dependable, and able to maintain confidentiality
