Data Entry Clerk

Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team and support our daily administrative operations. In this position, you will be responsible for entering, updating, organizing, and maintaining information in company systems and databases. You will work with documents, spreadsheets, and electronic records to help ensure that information is accurate, complete, and easy to access.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update information in company systems and databases
• Check data for accuracy and correct basic errors
• Organize digital and paper files
• Maintain and update company records
• Enter information into Microsoft Excel spreadsheets
• Scan, copy, and organize documents
• Assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks
• Retrieve information and documents when needed

Requirements

• No previous experience required
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Good attention to detail
• Organized and able to manage routine tasks
• Able to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately
• Willingness to learn new software and procedures
• Reliable and responsible
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $25.60-$34.08 per hour
