Data Entry Clerk

• Classify, review, and create records from incoming documents; perform accurate data entry and filing.
• Compare entered data with original documents; identify, correct, or escalate errors and gaps.
• Handle “missing items” follow-ups and maintain a clean audit trail.
• Process, transform, and consolidate datasets; run basic checks and report identified gaps/exceptions.
• Respond to internal queries and provide helpful information in a timely, accurate manner; contribute to team goals as needed.
• Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm. (Occasional Public Holiday support may be required based on business needs; OT/PH pay provided per policy and local law.)

Job Requirements

• Qualification: Diploma/Degree preferred; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and multitasking skills; able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills; ability to liaise with multiple teams.
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English to work with regional colleagues/stakeholders.
