Responsibilities:

• Enter, update, and maintain data accurately within various databases and systems
• Verify the accuracy of data entered by cross-checking with source documents or information
• Manage large volumes of data efficiently while adhering to deadlines
• Utilize Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and Outlook to organize and process information
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times
• Assist with administrative tasks related to data management as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and consistency
• Follow established procedures for data entry and documentation

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in an office environment preferred
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of data management principles is advantageous

Pay: $23.24 - $27.99 per hour
