Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with speed and accuracy
• Maintain organized records of client information, appointments, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel
• Support office management tasks including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document filing
• Assist with front desk duties by greeting visitors, answering phones professionally, and providing general administrative support
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of data entry projects while adhering to deadlines

Skills

• Strong typing skills with high accuracy; excellent proofreading abilities
• Experience with data entry tasks in office environments; clerical experience preferred
• Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently in a busy setting
• Technical proficiency in computer literacy, including familiarity with spreadsheets, word processing, and general office equipment
• Prior experience in administrative roles such as medical receptionist or personal assistant is beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone communication abilities
