Data Entry Clerk

Our Mission office is a friendly team where people help each other and take pride in getting the details right. We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk who enjoys focused work, speaks up when something needs a second look, and likes knowing their work helps colleagues across the office.

Keeping the records straight

• Enter and update information in company databases.
• Check records for errors, missing details, and duplicate entries.
• Maintain spreadsheets and organized digital files.
• Scan documents and match them to the correct records.
• Ask colleagues for clarification when information is incomplete.
• Complete routine accuracy checks and correct confirmed errors.
• Handle business information with care.

You’ll need to be comfortable using a computer and learning new systems. Previous data entry experience is helpful, but it is not required.

Your working week and benefits

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
• Pay: $17–$20 per hour.
• Location: On-site in Mission, Texas.
• Development: Training on our systems and professional development assistance.
