Data Entry Clerk

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform daily data entry and update company records accurately.
• Prepare, check and maintain documents, reports and production records.
• Key in production data, output, attendance, stock or other relevant information.
• Assist the Admin department with filing, documentation and general administrative tasks.
• Support the Production department in preparing and updating production-related documents and records.
• Coordinate with Production, Store and other departments when required.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Ensure all data and documents are properly organized and updated.
• Perform photocopying, scanning, filing and other clerical duties.
• Handle other administrative and production support tasks assigned by the supervisor/management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Good typing and data entry skills with attention to detail.
• Able to handle documents and data accurately.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, organized and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Previous experience in data entry, admin or manufacturing environment is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
