Data Entry Clerk

We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk who enjoys focused work and takes pride in getting the details right. You will help keep our records accurate, organized, and easy for the team to use. If you are comfortable working on a computer and like bringing order to a busy day, we would like to hear from you.

You do not need previous data entry experience. We will train you on our systems and show you how we handle different types of information.

What your day will involve

• Enter information from forms, emails, and other records into our systems
• Check entries against the original information before saving them
• Spot missing details or possible errors and ask for clarification
• Update existing records when information changes
• Organize digital files so colleagues can find what they need
• Handle business information carefully and keep it confidential

What helps in this role

You are patient with detailed tasks, comfortable using a computer, and willing to double-check your work. Basic experience with email, spreadsheets, or online forms is useful. Just as important, you know when to ask a question rather than guess at an entry.

Pay and working hours

• $19–$22 per hour, depending on experience
• Full-time, on-site work in Cincinnati
• Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Paid training on the systems and processes you will use
