Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data across various systems, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into spreadsheets, databases, and management software with speed and accuracy
• Verify information for completeness and correctness before inputting into systems
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls, and provide exceptional customer support
• Maintain organized filing systems both digitally and physically to ensure quick retrieval of documents
• Assist with office management tasks such as calendar scheduling, appointment setting, and document proofreading
• Support client communication through phone conversations, email correspondence, and front desk interactions
• Utilize productivity software including Microsoft Office applications like Word and Excel to prepare reports and documentation

Experience

• Proven clerical or administrative experience in an office setting is preferred
• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with spreadsheets
• Experience with data entry tasks requiring high accuracy and attention to detail
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is a plus but not required
• Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist diverse client needs

Pay: $30.93 - $35.22 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 per week
