Pay: $20.67–$23.85 per hour
Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m.
Part-time hours: 20–25 hours per week, scheduled within Monday–Friday office hours

Our Louisville team is growing, and we’re looking for a Data Entry Clerk who enjoys keeping information accurate and organized. If you notice when a detail doesn’t look right, like finishing work carefully, and feel comfortable asking questions when you need to, you could be a great fit.

The work

• Enter information from forms, emails, and documents into company systems.
• Check names, dates, numbers, and other details for accuracy.
• Update customer and business records when information changes.
• Maintain spreadsheets and digital files in an organized way.
• Identify missing or conflicting information and check it with the right colleague.
• Complete routine record checks and help with other clerical tasks as needed.
• Handle information with care and follow the team’s confidentiality procedures.

You can use a computer confidently, communicate clearly, and stay focused on details. You’re dependable with your schedule and willing to learn a new system. Previous data entry or office experience is helpful, but it is not required, and a degree is not needed.
