Data Entry Clerk

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, your strong computer skills, proficiency with productivity software, and excellent organizational abilities will contribute to the smooth operation of our office functions.

Responsibilities

• Enter and update data into company databases with precision and speed, utilizing software such as Microsoft Office and specialized data management tools like QuickBooks.
• Manage multi-line phone systems to handle inquiries, direct calls appropriately, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain organized spreadsheets and documents, proofread entries for accuracy, and ensure data consistency across all records.
• Support office management tasks including filing, document processing, and clerical duties to streamline daily operations.
• Prepare and process invoices
• Record keeping

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data entry or clerical roles within an office environment.
• Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), spreadsheets, and data management software such as QuickBooks.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy in typing and proofreading.
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional phone etiquette.
• Prior experience with office management tasks, customer service, and invoicing.
• Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and phone systems is preferred.

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
