Data Entry Clerk

We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk in Louisville to update records, check information, and help our team keep accurate, organized files. You don’t need previous office experience, we’ll guide you through our systems and procedures.

The work, at a glance

• Enter information from forms and documents into company systems.
• Check names, dates, numbers, and other details for accuracy.
• Update existing records and flag missing or conflicting information.
• Organize digital files so colleagues can find what they need.
• Handle confidential information carefully and follow company procedures.

You’ll work alongside the office team and report to the office manager, asking questions when information needs checking and keeping colleagues updated on completed tasks.

Comfortable with a computer? Start there.

We’re looking for accurate typing, basic confidence with email and spreadsheets, and the ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.

Being dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable checking your work matters more than having a long resume. First-time job seekers and career changers are welcome.

Training covers data entry procedures, recordkeeping, and the tools you’ll use each day—giving you practical skills to build on.

Location: Louisville, KY
Position: Full-time, onsite
