Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Kamloops. Based at our office, this role is vital in supporting our administrative functions and ensuring smooth daily operations, contributing to our company's growth and success.
Responsibilities

• Assist Purchasing with the coding and filing of invoices, receiving documentation and other corresponding paperwork
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
• Handle scanning, archiving, document preparation, and correspondence as needed
• Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems and spreadsheets
• Support office supply inventory and general office organization
• Maintain confidentiality and follow document retention policies
• Assist various departments including Accounting, Operations, and Human Resources as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous administrative or office experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
• Professional communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
