DATA ENTRY CLERK - HRA

About the role
We are looking for a Data Entry Clerk - HRA to join our HR team on a contract basis. You will keep employee records accurate, organized and confidential.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and update employee information in HR and payroll systems accurately and on time.
• Input, verify and maintain employee personal details, employment records and qualification details.
• Assist with payroll-related data, including salary, allowances and overtime.
• Check data for accuracy and consistency and report any discrepancies.
• Assist with filing and organizing employee records.
• Retrieve HR information and reports as instructed by authorized HR personnel.
• Keep physical and electronic HR records properly maintained and securely stored.
• Follow procedures for handling confidential information and keep all employee data strictly confidential.
• Immediately report data-entry errors, lost documents, unauthorized access or suspected disclosure of confidential information.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in data entry, HR, payroll or general administration is an advantage
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
• Good typing skills with strong attention to detail
• Able to handle repetitive data entry work accurately
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to keep information confidential
• Good communication skills
• Willing to learn and follow Company procedures
