DATA ENTRY CLERK/ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

We're Hiring: Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Accountant

Location: Qatar

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk / Assistant Accountant to support daily data entry, administrative, and accounting activities, ensuring accurate records and efficient financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in company systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist with daily accounting transactions, bookkeeping, and financial record maintenance.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Assist with bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations.
• Verify data, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and other accounting documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate and timely information.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and financial records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Previous experience in data entry, bookkeeping, or accounting support is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting software.
• Strong numerical, organizational, and data accuracy skills.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
