Data Entry Clerk/Stamp Coordinator

Our client, a Flushing-based Labor Union Fund Office, is looking for a data entry clerk/stamp coordinator. Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience, labor/union experience a plus, and be extremely detail oriented.

Position is fully on-site; remote options are not available.

Responsibilities:

• Record daily employer contribution receipts into the Fund's administration software system
• Reconcile data entries against checks and electronic payments received
• Identify and resolve discrepancies by working with management and employer contacts
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation
• Maintain organized record for audit and compliance purposes
• Assist with year-end audit preparation and respond to auditor requests.

Skills:

• Data entry experience
• Comfort in learning specialized Fund administration software
• Proficient in Microsoft Office- Word, Excel, Outlook
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize projects

Compensation & Benefits:

Hourly Rate: $33/h-$35.75/h. Rate commensurate with experience.
