Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects from project award through to final handover.
• Plan and coordinate project schedules, resources, costs and deliverables to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, suppliers and subcontractors on project requirements and technical matters.
• Conduct and participate in site surveys, inspections, testing and project handovers.
• Monitor project costs and timelines, identify potential issues and implement appropriate solutions.
• Support variation orders and ensure contractual and financial requirements are met.
• Prepare project reports and participate in Work-in-Progress (WIP) reviews.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, statutory requirements, safety procedures and project processes.
• Conduct regular site safety and quality inspections and ensure subcontractors comply with safety requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Project Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 4–5 years of relevant project engineering/management experience, preferably in the lifts and escalators or construction industry.
• Good knowledge of lift/elevator and escalator products advantageous
• Strong planning, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Customer-oriented, collaborative and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities.
