Job Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to accurately input, update, and maintain company information and records. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that data is entered correctly, kept up to date, and handled confidentially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and update data accurately into company systems, databases, and spreadsheets.
• Review information for accuracy and correct errors or missing details.
• Maintain and organize electronic and physical records.
• Verify data from different sources and ensure consistency.
• Prepare basic reports and documentation when required.
• Handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly.
• Perform administrative and clerical tasks as assigned.
• Meet required accuracy and productivity targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in data entry, administration, or a similar role is preferred.
• Good typing speed with strong accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Good knowledge of English; additional languages may be an advantage.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company procedures.

Pay: QAR1,614.43 - QAR5,046.54 per month
