Roles & Responsibilities

• Enter and update customer and account-related information accurately in banking systems.
• Process and verify data received from branches and internal departments.
• Check customer documents and information for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain digital and physical records of banking documents.
• Update KYC/customer information in the system as per process requirements.
• Enter and verify transaction-related information.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with the concerned team for correction.
• Prepare daily/weekly MIS and data reports.
• Maintain proper records of processed documents and transactions.
• Follow standard operating procedures and banking guidelines.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer and financial information.
• Coordinate with branch, operations, and back-office teams.
• Complete assigned work within defined turnaround times (TAT).
• Escalate errors or suspicious discrepancies to the appropriate supervisor.
