Job Opening: Data Entry (Full-Time)
Company: Ajmal Nawaz Associates (Pvt.) Ltd.
Location: Office 223, Latif Centre, Plot 99, Ferozpur Road, Rasheed Park, Ichhra, Lahore.

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to enter, update, maintain, and organize company data and records accurately. The candidate should have good computer skills, typing speed, and attention to detail.

Job Details:

Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: PKR 25,000 – 30,000/month (with performance-based increments)
Gender: Male & Female candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities

• Enter and update data accurately in company systems, Excel sheets, and databases.
• Maintain and organize physical and electronic records.
• Verify data for accuracy and correct errors or missing information.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly data records.
• Handle documents, files, invoices, reports, and other office records.
• Perform data checking and reconciliation as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of company and client information.
• Assist other departments with data-related tasks.
• Ensure all assigned work is completed within the given deadlines.
• Perform other administrative and data entry duties assigned by management.

Required Skills & Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, and basic computer applications.
• Good knowledge of data entry and record management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in data entry or office work will be preferred.
