Data Entry

Key Responsibilities

• Enter, update and maintain data accurately in the company's ERP system and other databases.
• Process and verify documents, records, forms and transaction details.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness and consistency before submission.
• Prepare, organize and maintain electronic and physical records.
• Perform data verification and correct errors or discrepancies when identified.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain missing information and clarify discrepancies.
• Generate basic reports and maintain proper documentation.
• Handle confidential company information responsibly.
• Perform other administrative and data entry duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Good typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
• Previous exposure to ERP systems is required; familiarity with data entry and transaction processing in an ERP environment is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Candidates currently available in Qatar are preferred.

Pay: QAR1,500.00 - QAR2,500.00 per month
