About the role

This is an internship position supporting operational administration and General Affairs activities at an outlet location. The role involves data entry, inventory management, document handling, and administrative support to the Outlet Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Input and record operational needs for the outlet
• Assist General Affairs (GA) activities, including procurement and monitoring of outlet supplies
• Record incoming and outgoing stock, particularly cream and oil treatment products
• Record purchases of cream, oil, and other operational needs
• Assist with stock opname and ensure physical stock matches recorded data
• Manage purchase documents, invoices, and transaction receipts
• Create administrative and inventory reports on a regular basis
• Assist the Outlet Manager with daily operational administrative activities

About you

• Active student or fresh graduate (open to SMK/D3/S1 qualifications)
• Preferred background in Office Administration, Management, Accounting, or related field
• Able to operate Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and organized
• Good administrative and data processing skills
• Willing to be placed in BSD area, Tangerang Selatan
