DATA ENTRY

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter data from source documents into databases or spreadsheets accurately
• Verify data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
• Update and maintain existing records regularly
• Organize and file digital and physical documents
• Identify and correct data errors or duplicates
• Generate basic reports when required
• Follow company data management procedures and confidentiality rules

Requirements:

• Fast and accurate typing skills
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Basic computer literacy
