Data Entry (Contract)

Job Responsibilities

• Accurately key-in and maintain data in systems/databases in a timely manner
• Validate data accuracy before and after entry (Data Validation)
• Update and keep assigned records up to date
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve missing or incorrect information
• Follow standard operating procedures and data security/confidentiality policies
• Prepare and submit accurate daily data summary reports within deadlines

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• Fast and accurate Thai and English typing skills
• Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Word) and/or database systems
• High attention to detail with strong data accuracy and checking skills
• Responsible, able to handle repetitive tasks, and work under time constraints
• Experience in Data Entry/Key-in or data management will be an advantage
