About the company

We are a fast-growing Singapore based home services company looking for a dedicated Data Entry cum Backend Assistant to join our remote team to support daily operations. If you have experience in ensuring operational processes run smoothly, key-in data accurately and ensure the business activities are executed on time - we’d love to hear from you!

Data Entry cum Backend Assistant

• Location: 100% remote (WFH)
• Working Hours: 6-day per week (Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM / 2:00 PM–10:00 PM, Singapore Time)

Key responsibilities

• Update all confirmed sessions in the system and Excel promptly and accurately.
• Ensure all updates are completed within 15 minutes so that the front end team can refer to the latest schedule.
• Assist helpers with operational matters, such as difficulties locating the customer’s address, MC/AL requests, lateness, or other job-related issues.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate scheduling.

Requirements

* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Data Entry, Human Resource (HR).

* Good command of English (both written and spoken).

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

* Detail oriented, organised, and able to work independently.

* Able to multitask and perform well in a fast paced environment.

* Own a laptop or desktop with a reliable internet connection.

* Willing to work on weekends and rotating shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with international or Singapore-based company.
• Experience using CRM or customer support systems.
• Background in the service, home services, hospitality, or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
• Background in Human Resource (HR) department
